Who we are
We are a strategy, organization, and data science management consulting firm founded in 2002. We work with our client's leadership and management to develop their business strategy and support their decision-making through state of the art approaches to make them fact based.
Strategy
Strategy is, in general, a poorly understood concept. Strategy is neither tactics, nor goals nor objectives nor descriptions as these are threads of a strategy. Instead, it has to do with all the things that organizations need to do before competing at all levels. Therefore, our approach is holistic.
Pricing
It is the most powerful and effective lever to improve bottom line results above cost cutting or product efficiencies. It requieres knowing which is the right price for the right customer to maximize profits and customer satisfaction at the same time.
Turnarounds
We put together teams that aid financially distressed companies and customers facing challenging business duress that will stabilize their operations, reduce costs, and maximize cash both by working shoulder by shoulder or by assuming specific interim management positions.
Data Science
We live in a much more fast paced world than in the past. Leadership and top management face increasing demands to make fact-based decision making in shorter periods of time for optimal decision. Time and competitive pressure call for action and they simply don’t have enough time to conduct much needed in-depth analysis. Also, we need to move away from cognitive biases and heuristics that undermine top leadership fact based decision process.
